Welcome to MatGlass! We hope this page helps you get the most out of the app. If you don't find what you need here, feel free to reach out.
Getting Started
- Tap the plus button on the top right of the home screen to create a new project.
- Choose a photo from your library to begin.
- In the editor, select your preferred mounting style, frame material, mat colors, and glazing.
- Tap the share icon to export a preview image, or use AR Preview to see how it looks on your actual wall.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
A: Open MatGlass, tap a premium item to bring up the paywall, and tap "Restore Purchases". You must be signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Q: Why do some frames and mounting styles have a lock icon?
A: Those are part of MatGlass Pro. You can unlock them all with a single one-time purchase.
Q: Can I use MatGlass without an internet connection?
A: Yes. All core features work fully offline. An internet connection is only needed for in-app purchase and restore purchase.
Q: My AR Preview doesn't detect my wall. What can I do?
A: Make sure you have good lighting, move your device slowly, and point at a solid wall surface with some visible texture or features. Very plain or glass walls may be harder to detect.
Q: How do I save a snapshot from AR Preview?
A: After placing your artwork, tap the camera button at the bottom. The image will be saved to your photo library.
Q: How do I change the language?
A: Open the About page (top-left on the home screen), then select your preferred language under "Language".
Q: Does MatGlass collect any personal data?
A: No. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
Troubleshooting
- If the app seems slow, try closing and reopening it.
- If AR Preview is unresponsive, ensure camera permission is granted in iOS Settings > MatGlass > Camera.
- If photo import fails, verify photo library access in iOS Settings > MatGlass > Photos.

故障排查
